The market changed so real estate companies were opening their own mortgage companies
Problem 1: Individual offices of these large companies did not make extra money, only CEOs did
Solution: I developed a way to partner with the brokers or bigger team leaders to
open their OWN mortgage company.
Problem 2: How can they run 2 Companies?
Solution: Unlike other similar companies , which expects real estate agents to run the day-to-day operations , DIY will handle the day-to-day operations so they can focus on their real estate business.
